The MVP plan gives you full access to the training app: MLB player training content, over 300 skill-specific drills & training videos, Personalized Strength Training & Throwing programs, progress tracking and weekly accountability check-ins.

You will also have an onboarding call with your coach to get a personalized plan, unlimited video analysis and any ongoing personal advice (texts/calls) you need.

All 3! For younger players (8-12), parents often manage the training plan, billing and help with execution of drills & plans, while older players (13/14+) typically use the app on their own to train. Coaches can use the app to expand their knowledge and implement our drills into their training and practices. Our app is designed with all three in mind, however the MVP plan is ideal for players or parents of highly committed players.

Since you are registering for a year plan, if you get injured, you can submit a request to put your account on pause. We will just need a doctors note for documentation and we will pause for up to a year until you are able to participate again and continue where you left off with the time remaining.
