Synergy Baseball Lab is a professional-level baseball training app built for serious athletes, featuring drills, programs, and personal coaching from current and former professional players & Big Leaguers. Not only have these players competed at the highest levels, but they also bring extensive coaching experience, having trained and coached at Driveline Baseball and other top development facilities across the country. The app is designed to combine elite playing experience with cutting-edge coaching methods, helping players of all ages level up their game — from Little League to college prospects and beyond.
No. Synergy connects the dots between practices, games, and lessons so your player knows exactly what to do on off-days or during the offseason.
After signing up, you'll receive a link to download the app in the app store and passcode to unlock and create your account. Inside, you'll access training programs, MLB player video breakdowns, skill-specific drills, strength programming, and optional personal coaching support and video analysis for MVP plans.
Hybrid covers your coach’s specialty. If you want both, we can add a 2x monthly specialist review (Marcus Thach—Hitting; Pat Bannister—Pitching) without changing your primary coach. This will cost an additional $30 per month.
We will go into more depth in the welcome videos with what specific equipment you need and what it looks like, but you will need the following:
NECESSARY:
- Basic baseball equipment: bat, glove, balls, tees etc
- Ages 13+ Plyocare Balls
- Arm Bands (Resistance Bands)
- Access to facility, field, cage/mound or training space (including med ball wall, stone/brick wall, or sturdy net)
RECOMMENDED:
- Body Blade
- Access to gym or gym equipment (ie medicine balls, dumbbells, different strength resistance bands)
- Flat glove or mini glove
- Taps Connection ball

JUSTIN KLIPP'S BIO
(Founder, Synergy Baseball Lab):
Coach Klipp is a two-time College World Series participant with Cal State Fullerton, where he led his team in ERA during his senior year. He was selected twice in the MLB Draft (29th and 22nd rounds) and signed with the Chicago White Sox in 2007. Unfortunately, his professional pitching career was abruptly halted after he suffered a severe back injury at the end of Spring Training in 2008, just before making his first start in Single-A. Following back surgery in 2009, Klipp relocated to Austin, Texas, where he continued his coaching career, building on his earlier work with players in California through private pitching and hitting instruction.
In 2013, after years of recovery and relentless training, Coach Klipp made a professional comeback, playing two seasons in the American Association before moving on to the Mexican Big Leagues and the Atlantic League in 2015. Throughout his playing career, he continued coaching in Austin, earning a reputation as one of the top pitching coaches in the region. After officially retiring from playing in 2015, Klipp expanded his coaching efforts by purchasing a struggling training facility in 2017 and founding the Titans select baseball program. Under his leadership, the Titans have grown organically into an elite organization with over 23 teams in Central Texas.
Coach Klipp’s coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in his personal journey.
While at Cal State Fullerton, he trained under world-renowned sports psychologist Ken Ravizza, and later, during his injury recovery, became a NASM-certified strength coach specializing in biomechanics and neuromuscular training. He also studied under Eric Ferguson, a world-class neuromuscular specialist credited with saving his playing career. Throughout his years in the game, Klipp has played alongside and been mentored by countless MLB players and some of the top college coaches in baseball history — experiences that shaped the foundation of Synergy Baseball Lab, his premier training platform for serious players who want to reach the next level.

Coach Pat was born and raised in Round Rock Texas and graduated Round Rock HS class of 2016. Pat pitched 2 years in Junior College at Eastfield college before starting his professional coaching career with the Titans in 2018. Pat is a student of the game, consistently learning and striving to be a better coach every day. He is passionate about teaching young players and is extremely knowledgeable about pitching and overall throwing mechanics and techniques.

Marcus was a 2014 offensive district MVP & 1st team All- District at Palmer HS. He went on to have a successful college playing career, playing 2 years @Temple JC & then transferred and finished his playing career & graduating from Concordia University. Marcus specializes in hitting mechanics, hitting mentality, & defensive lessons/drills for all infielders & outfielders. He has been coaching with the Titans since 2018 and coaches all ages up through the high school level. His passion is to continue to grow the game of baseball through the next generations.
